• Select the Event: Browse through the list of upcoming events and select the events that you wish to attend.
• Fill Out the Application Form: Complete the online application form for each event. Ensure all required fields are filled accurately.
• Submit the Application: Submit your application for review by the administrative committee.

3. AWAIT APPROVAL FROM THE ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE

After submitting your application:

• Review Process: Your application will be reviewed by the administrative committee.
• Approval Notification: Once approved, you will receive a notification via email with detailed instructions and information.
• Follow Instructions: Carefully follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the approval email. This will include details about the event, any preparation required, and logistical information.

If you haven’t received an email you were expecting, please check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes, emails can be mistakenly filtered into these folders. If you find the email there, mark it as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk” to ensure future emails from the sender go to your inbox. • YES. If you decide not to attend the scheduled UNSC-UN Event/S you can send an email to the Secretary of the Event/s and claim your REFUND. To learn more about the refund please visit the refund page.

You have TWO options to reach the Event Location.

• You can make your own Air Line ROUND TRIP Reservation and Purchase the Tickets to undertake your Journey to the USA Destination otherwise
• If you are interested you can request us to make the required Air Line Round Trip Reservation/Tickets to the USA Destination

You have THREE options regarding your accommodation in the USA.

• If you have your own relative/s or friends you may contact them and if they agree you may stay with them.
• The second alternative is for you to Book A Hotel for your stay in the USA.

• If you don’t have the required Passport to attend the event, you may apply for your Passport with the required documents. Normally within 1 to 2 weeks from the date of your Passport Application the concerned Authorities may issue the requested Passport.

Once you complete your Online Registration and made the required payment you will be issued an ID.

Then you have to get your Travel Itinerary that include your Air Line Reservations/Tickets to undertake your journey to the USA and the Place of your stay during your visit to participate in the events or you can request us to book your Air Line Ticket/s and the Hotel Reservation in the USA. (The USA EMBASSY/CONSULATE may ask you to produce your Travel Itinerary & the Hotel Reservation.

After completion of the above you need to fill an Online USA VISA Application – D-160 Form and need to fill all the required information to obtain your USA VISA.

Once the D-160 USA VISA FORM is filed online, you will be issued an INVITATION LETTER to participate in the scheduled UNSC-UN EVENTS.
You are requested to take the INVITATION LETTER to the USA EMBASSY/CONSULATE and produce the same at your PERSONAL INTERVIEW with the concerned officer at the USA EMBASSY/CONSULATE.
